RareGem Apparel is a boutique clothing line, and all sales are final unless the item is defective. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To file a claim, please email shopraregemapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to accommodate or issue a refund.
